Subject to these Terms, Alex Ghita grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to download and use Arithmetix (the "App") on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Full access to Arithmetix is unlocked via a single, non-recurring in-app purchase made through the Apple App Store. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the total amount you pay — there are no subscription fees and no recurring charges. Once purchased, all content is available permanently on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Alex Ghita has no control over and is not responsible for Apple's payment or refund decisions.
All content in the App — including but not limited to curriculum content, artwork, sound, software code, and the Arithmetix name and logo — is the intellectual property of Alex Ghita. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Alex Ghita does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your child's specific educational needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alex Ghita's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App. In no event will Alex Ghita be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Alex Ghita may terminate your licence at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete all copies in your possession. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Alex Ghita agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Alex Ghita may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an app update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised.
