How do I add a child profile?
Open the app, sign in to your parent account, and tap the Add Child button on the home screen.
How do I change my child's year group?
Go to your child's dashboard (tap their card on the home screen), then tap the info icon in the top right to update their age.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Arithmetix is a one-time purchase. To restore it, open the app and tap Restore Purchase on the welcome screen, or sign in with the same Apple ID you used when you first bought it. The purchase will be restored automatically at no charge.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account at the bottom of the page. This will permanently remove your account and all child profiles. Alternatively, email us and we will delete your data within 30 days.
My child's progress isn't saving — what should I do?
Make sure you have an internet connection when finishing a session. Progress is saved at the end of each exercise session. If the problem persists, please email us.
